For whatever reason if you are unhappy with the order you have received, we will gladly issue a full refund or replacement within 30 days after your order has been delivered.

We accept returns for any items in unused condition up to 30 days after the order has been received.
Please understand that because we pay for all of the shipping cost when sending our product to you, we are not responsible for the costs for returns
WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE POLICY?
If you wish to not return the item, we provide alternate solutions involving partial discounts to the full amount of order to have a replacement sent out.
If you would like to return your item we require you to return the merchandise (at the cost of shipping). One we receive the item we will be happy to issue a replacement.
WHAT IF THE PRODUCT I RECEIVED WAS DEFECTIVE?
If the Inspireboxpro you received is damaged in transit or defective. please contact us at support@Inspireboxpro.com and will be happy to issue you a full refund or a free replacement of the same model.
Canceling your product must be done within 24 hours of order being placed.
Please understand that we will not be able to process any order cancellation beyond 24 hours as we do our best to process and ship out items as fast as possible.
We process refunds as soon as we receive the returned items in our department.
Refund processing times can take anywhere between 5-10 business days for the amount to be credited to your bank account.
If you decided to send back your InspireBoxPro we recommend to get a tracking number from their local post office when sending their items back to us.
If 10 days have passed and you still have not received the refund amount, contact your bank or credit card company to see if there are any returns being processed as it may take some time.

We will not be able to refund any orders that shows delivered, but claimed to not have been received. If you experience this issue please check with your local post office
